Processing
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days after payment clears. One-of-a-kind and inquiry-confirmed pieces may require additional verification time — we will notify you if so.
Carriers & insurance
Gems ship via reputable carriers with tracking. High-value shipments are insured for transit when available. Signature on delivery may be required.
Packaging
Stones are packed discreetly for security. Outer packaging will not advertise high-value contents.
Domestic delivery
Estimated delivery windows appear at checkout when rates are available. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our direct control; we will help track and resolve issues.
International orders
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import rules in the destination country.
- We may request additional ID or documentation for international high-value shipments.
- Some destinations may be restricted; we reserve the right to cancel and refund if we cannot ship legally or safely.
Risk of loss
Title and risk generally pass when the carrier delivers to the address you provided (or per carrier confirmation of delivery). Use a secure address where someone can receive the package.
